Personal Development Training, DISCOVERY 2008 - January's Call
Last night's Discovery call was amazing!!! It was our first call for 2008 and our largest call since our Los Angeles Discovery event in August 2007. The Discovery Grads were allowed to invite people in their sales team to join us in 2008 for our monthly call. Discovery is my favorite of all the trainings because it deals with how we can let go of the past, be focused on the present and make a plan for the future. It's uplifting, FUN and absolutely the best gift anyone can give themselves.

Here are some highlights from the call:
- I shared with everyone that I attribute much of my success in Network Marketing to the personal development courses, cassette tapes and books that I studied prior to getting involved in the industry.
- New Silver Sales Leader, Meshelle Throne, shared how 2007 was the toughest year of her life yet the support she received at Discovery helped her become stronger and more powerful. Meshelle said that Discovery helped her personally grow and it helped her set & reach her goal of becoming a Silver Sales Leader.
- We heard next from Gold Sales Leader Dr. Dennis Kudlik from Southern California. His highlight of Discovery was the camaraderie that he and his wife Cindy experienced throughout the 3 day weekend. Together they were able to work on their plans for the future and everyone could see that they had the time of their lives!
- Silver Sales Leader Barbara Lee from Los Angeles was a powerhouse when she told us how she loved her time at Discovery. She claimed it was like ONE BIG FAMILY!! She felt a family bond with everyone there and was able to dump all her negative experiences from the past.
- Then we heard from Broker Jones in Arizona. He shared how Discovery was the best investment he could ever make in his personal growth and development. Broker was glad he took the time to attend Discovery and said the support he experienced allowed him to give his self-discovery a 100%.
- We also heard from our Montana girls, Linda and Rene, who learned about Discovery the Wednesday night before the event. Together with their team mates they drove non-stop to attend Discovery on time! Linda emotionally shared how Discovery helped her break though fears and doubts.
- Then to top the evening call off, we heard from Tiffany Passick, a Gold Sales Leader from Michigan. She enlightened us on how Discovery helped her to "Think Differently" and told us what an impact a Discovery weekend can have if you're willing to change and accept greatness in your life. She also expressed how Discovery helped her and her sister to heal and become awesome friends...and that is priceless.

Sheri: Rene, how were you introduced to Vía?
Rene: We were introduced to Vía in October of 2004 by our close friends, Rey and Joanna Falcatan, from Olympia, Washington. My wife has been best friends with Joanna since childhood and we were staying at their home for a family celebration. We noticed every morning and every night that they took this purple juice and gave it to their kids as well. I asked what it was and Rey pointed me to the website where I saw that Brunswick Labs did the Anti-Oxidant testing. Having used this lab as a reference in school, this was all I needed to know. I took out my card and placed our first order.
Sheri: I understand that you and your wife, Dr. Yvette, used Vía for over a year before really getting into the business. What made you finally decide to get involved in the business side of Vía?
Rene: After using the product for a whole year, we realized how great it is and how we could help people. We were both open-minded people when we were first introduced to Vía; we just lacked business knowledge and did not realize the full spectrum of value in the VíaVienté business model. It only took training for us to realize that we were going to pursue VíaVienté as a part-time business. The goal is to work Vía part-time to grow a residual income that will out-earn our current careers.

Sheri: Dr. Clair, I know you are often referred to as one of Beverly Hills’ top anti-aging and preventative health doctors. Is this your specialty or do you offer other services as well?
Dr. Clair: We offer a variety of services all centered around the concept of vibrant, proactive health. Our services include: bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (the only way I will prescribe hormones), vitamin testing, scientifically and individually prescribed vitamins and supplements, a 21st century nutritional assessment test with repletion suggestions, a weight loss program and fitness programs. We also offer a breast health program that includes infrared thermography of the breasts (FDA approved, radiation free), as well as a restorative program when abnormalities are detected.
